What network does yoigo use? I only found Orange, Vodafone ES and Mobistar while traveling in spain. And i also could not find a local yoigo-dealer.

It uses Vodafone ES -- excellent coverage. Tested in September 2007.

In fact, it uses its own 3G network where available (most cities) and Vodafone ES where they do not have their own infrastructure. Worth noting that when under Vodafone umbrella, only GPRS is available (no 3G), so much slower connection. It is said that from 1 June 2008 a new agreement with Movistar will allow Yoigo users to connect to the Movistar 3G infrastructure (almost everywhere).

Yes now (1 of July) it also connects to Movistar 3G network. Still it is only transfering data at GPRS speed (5 kB/s) so it is limited despite excellent signal strength where I am right now. The best bet in Spain when outside the big cities seem to be Vodafone Prepago with 1 GB preload at 60 Euros.

I should add that it seems to me that Yoigo can roam on Movistar at full 3G speed but after some amount of data (possible 20 MB) the speed is lowered to 5 kB/s. this happened to me for three consecutive days in July when i was in the south of Catalonia.
