The option has changed to what our contributor wrote at 5:15AM. I realised that two weeks ago when Orange sent me one SMS saying that it'll be discontinued by 24th this month (because I activated it on 25th June when in France)
Now, besides the two BP options, there is till one Option Internet left in the menu. This option costs 6 € and is valid only from 8pm till 8am for web browsing and unlimited time on Orange World. There is no limit on data, as for now.
Now, the SIM card costs 15 € with preloaded 5€ talk time. I assume it's standard pricing at all Orange shops. The SIM card will be deactivated in 4 months from your initial activation (without recharge) and 10 months from the day you recharge.
You can recharge online using Orange portal, but only French issued CB (Carte Bancaire) will be accepted. So, it is advisable to purchase recharge coupons if you plan to keep your number usable until your next trip to France. Alternatively, you can try to call your Orange number voicemail to keep it active.
