It's hard to provide support with practically no information. Have you installed the "Vodafone Mobile Connect" (VMC) software from the USB modem? The installation usually starts automatically after plugging in the device. If VMC is installed, have you started it and clicked "Connect" (or "Verbinden" in the German version)? Do you find this valuable? |

I just purchased web sessions and installed the software on my mac laptop and also inserted the sim card into the usb stick. The activation menu appears and I activate the connection. Then a menu pops up telling me I should go to System Preferences/Network and connect to the modem. On this menu there are fields for telephone number, username, and password. The number field is filled in with *99***1#. The username and password fields are blank. I don't know what to put in the number, username, and password fields. None of this information was included in the box the usb web sessions stick came in. Please advise. Thank you.

The number seems to be correct and username and password need to be left just empty.
