Tchibo has a prepaid 3g stick. 3.6 mb/sec 20€ per month no contract, unlimited downloads but after 10 GB goes down to 128kb/s . Or 10€ per month 500mb limit. Stick costs 50€ with one month internet access included. After that pay as you go. No strings no tricks. In most cases by far the cheapest option.
