GSM/UMTS SIM card called "Diskont-Surfen".

I was glad to find this info on the web. When in Austria, I purchased a wireless modem and card, which as an intro gave 3GB. The speed was adiquite and I finally used the 3GB and was ready for another sim card. As mentioned in the information the new card was for one GB for 12mos or two GB for one month. However, I do not read German and the loading of the new card was very time consuming and I could not figure out how to get the 2GB for one month? My reason for posting this information is to ask if there is a way to have the loading information in English? If not could someone please send me information on how in simple language, to chose the one month for 2GB? I have business in Austria and often need the computer.
