Unlock Cards (SIM Lock removal)
Huawei USB-modems
Some Huawei USB-modems (e.g. E169) can be unlocked simply by upgrading with the original firmware available from Huawei's website.

If your Data Card is SIM-Locked (works only with one Network Provider) you can try this Unlock-Software:

I´ve unlocked by Option Globetrotter in 5 Minutes for 15 EUR.
