Visitor Mobile Line is a prepaid mobile service which has been specifically tailored to suit tourists, business travellers or employment seekers visiting the UAE. Activation fee is 70AED (13€) with an initial credit of 20AED (3,70€). You'll need a copy of your passport to activate it in any du shops.

Prepaid customers can activate a 50mb data bundle for 195AED (36,50€) and a 200mb data bundle for 495AED (92,50€) valid for 1 month. Call Self-care on 135 to activate/deactivate any of the mentionned bundles.

Take care that only one automatically renewable data bundle can be subscribed to at a time. In other words, if your data bundle is over you'll be charged at the standard GPRS/3G rate.
Settings can be requested by sending an SMS with the word “du” to 333 or by calling Customer Care on 155 from your mobile phone. In this case an SMS with the configuration settings will be sent to you. Please open and save.
