How do I set-up my cellphone to get Internet access?

Many new cellphones are already set up. You can also use the MyPhone service, by dialling *111# from your cellphone, select device setup, then follow the prompts. The settings will be sent to your cellphone, which you need to save to enable.

The Internet-APN is "internet"

How to buy a SIM-Card
You can buy a SIM card (Starter-Kit) at many Supermarket-Stores and many other locations. A Starter Kit should not cost more than 30 Rands (at the Airport the Starter Kits cost sometimes over 500 Rands!). You not need a passport or id-card.
