Prepay card is called 'Orange Free na karte' (cost: 20 PLN (5,60€) with a balance 20 PLN (5,60€))
Alternatives:

If you can't get it, you can easly buy any prepaid card from orange (like POP or Orange GO), and then send SMS with a content FREE to 3033 - this will change your plan to 'Orange Free na karte'.
Prices are the same as in Plus GSM:
0.03PLN/100KB=0.30PLN/1MB=0.08€/1MB
Check balance by typing *124*#
TOP-UPs are [OC - outgoing calls incl internet, IC - incoming calls]:
5PLN - OC 2 days, IC 7 days
25PLN - OC 1 month, IC 6 months
50PLN - OC 3 months, IC 12 months
100+10PLN - OC 5 months, IC 12 months

The balance of your account is irreversibly lost 5 days after the term of outgoin calls!
