According to the links to the operators web portal below the following Internet options are available:

Vodafone Mobile Connect Pay as You Go
Bite Plus Mobile Internet
- For mobile phone use only
- Web and e-mail access seem to be possible (the web page doesn't say if that includes SMTP and POP3 and if the web pages run through a content transformation proxy)
- There are daily (0.7 lita) weekly (2.8 Litas) and monthly (7 Lita) options that can be activated by SMS. For details see the web page. 1 Lita = 0.3 euros.
- APN settings can be requested by sending START to SMS number 1500
Vodafone Mobile Connect Pay as You Go
- SIM comes in a bundle with a 3G stick. The pack costs 219 Lita (63 euros) and includes 20h of Internet access
- Connection is charged on time. The link above contains a table with different options. 28h for example cost 99 Lita (around 30 euros)
