Coverage: 3's own 3G/HSPA coverage is limited to bigger towns and villages. Lately, 3 also invests in establishing 3G network coverage in rual areas. Roaming: According to 3's web page (April 2008), it is now possible to use the prepaid SIM without roaming charges for voice and data in the 3 networks in Italy, Great Britain, Ireland and Hong Kong.
